If you accidentally click "Save and Submit" before you have actually finished your quiz or exam, you must first contact your instructor.
We cannot reset your quiz/test for you unless we have permission from your instructor. We recommend emailing your instructor and copying Online Course Technical Support on that email.
You may click "Save Answer" after you complete a question, but do not click "Save and Submit" until you are completely through with your assessment.
