You may use the viewing requirements tool on the sonic foundry website to test your supported media types. a check box next to MP4 in the "On Demand" section is required. The "Test your audio and video connection" link at the top of the viewing requirements page may be used to test your ability to view and hear a presentation.

Troubleshooting

If your system meets the minimum requirements and you are able to play the example presentation on the viewing requirements tool page but are still having issues viewing our presentations some of the following steps may be helpful.

• The issue could be tied to a specific web browser, try using a different browser such as Chrome, Firefox, or Safari to see if the issue persists.
• Clear your browser cache (Windows)
  Clear your browser cache (MAC)
• If the network you are connected to is being used for high bandwidth activities such as streaming media or large uploads this may cause buffering a playback issues. Try turning off/closing any other high bandwidth utilizing devices or applications on your network.
• If you are connecting via any type of wireless connection you may want to try using a hard line instead. Plugging directly into your modem or router.
• If you are using a slower DSL or Satellite internet service it may not have the required stability or bandwidth to support streaming media. Access to a different network, or public networks can be a work around for this.
